Remember Me?
You may not want to go through the trouble of logging in every time you want to use Web Publishing. If that is the case, then if you check the Remember me? box, then the software will remember your login credentials and do the following. When you start the software, the Remember Me flag is verified and if it was selected during your last login, the software will automatically connect on start up. Connecting to Web Publishing takes a few seconds during the start up process. The Remember me flag is reset under the following two conditions. If the software tried to automatically log you in and for what ever reason it cannot, then the flag is reset and it will not automatically try again. The flag is also reset if you logoff from Web Publishing.
Forgot your Customer ID or Password?
No problem, click the link below the sign in button and you will be directed to our web site where you will have several options to retrieve your information.
Login Screen
If you have successfully logged in and are on the Web Publishing login tab, you will see a similar screen to the one below.
You have the option to Logout of the Web Publishing service, change your password or view publishing details.
Change You Password
In order to change your password, you must enter your current password and then your new password. You must then re-enter your new password in the Verified Password box. If your current password is correct and the New and Verified Passwords match, then your password will be changed. There are not restrictions on the format of your password.
Web Publishing Details
This section shows the last time you published data and the package you have purchased. Depending on the package that you have purchased, you may be restricted to a certain number of teams. If you exceed this number, the software will give you a warning. It will allow you to publish, but it will alert Analyzer Software that you have exceeded your purchased package amount. After a short grace period in which you should either: reduce the number of teams published or upgrade your package, Analyzer Software will contact you and help you get your usage situation under control! For up to the minute policies and procedures in this matter you should consult our web site at www.analyzersoftware.com.
What happens if I don't upgrade or renew my Web Publishing package on time?
We will not punish users that forget to renew or upgrade their packages. Your Web Publishing data will continue to display on your web site until we have contacted you and ensured that cancelling your service is your intention.
