First you will have to use the Officials screen to add all officials and input their availability schedule or officiating constraints (optional). Next through the Officials Scheduling function, you will need to generate a list of games to assign officials to. Once all your parameters are entered, click display games to show all the games that meet the selected parameters.
Use the select column to select the games you wish to assign officials to, or click the "Select All" button to pick all games.
Next you have two options. You can manually assign officials to games using the Officials tab, or automatically assign officials to the games using an extensive set of scheduling parameters similar to the games scheduling function. Clicking the Match Officials to Games button will automatically assign officials to the selected games. You can then verify the assignment, make manual modifications, then commit the assignments so that they become live in the software.
That is all there is to it. You now have a complete schedule, games assigned to fieldslocations based on your league requirements and officials assigned to those games. You can print out the officials schedule, league schedule, team schedules…anything the software generates you can print.
