Printing Reports

Printing reports is performed from the screen or tab where the data is presented or stored. There are a number of reports in the system. Below is a list of all the reports and the screens that they can be printed from (in brackets)

  2. Playing Locations Address and Directions (Playing Locations)

  3. Playing Locations Availability (Playing Locations)

  4. Officials Availability (Officials)

  5. Team Contact Information (Teams)

  6. League Player Suspensions

  7. Single Player Profile (Players)

  8. All Players Profiles a single Team (Players)

  9. All Players Profiles for all Teams (Players)

  10. Single Invoices (Invoicing)

  11. Single Payment Receipt (Invoicing)

  12. List of Outstanding Invoices (Invoicing)

  13. League Standings (Standings)

  14. Hundreds of Statistics Reports you develop (Statistics)

  15. Hundreds of Contact Reports you develop (Contact Printing)

  16. Hundreds of Schedule and Audit Reports you develop (Schedule Printing)

  17. Complete League Schedule (Schedule Printing)

  18. Complete League Results (Schedule Printing)

  19. Game Box Scores (Game Details)

  20. Mailing Labels for any conceivable grouping of contacts (Contact Printing)

There are additional reports, export and import facilities that are available from the File Menus Report selection. The following is a list of these:

  1. Schedule Printing: This displays the Print Schedules Screen  were all schedules can be printed and report formats can be saved.

  2. Player Suspensions: Prints all current suspensions.

  3. Contact Print: Displays the Print Contacts dialogue where you can create and save any reports you wish.

  4. Export All Invoice Information to CSV Format: This exports all invoice information (not payment information) in the current season to a comma delimited format that can be read by programs like Microsoft Excel. The software will prompt you for a file name.

  5. Export All Information to Access Reporting DB: This exports all data in the current season to another Microsoft Access database which you as a user will have full access privileges to. The software will prompt you for a file name.

  6. Import Data from Access DB: This imports team, player and officials data. See the full details under Import Data.

  7. Import Location Availability from CSV Format: Imports Availability data and places it into the Playing Locations screen.  Refer to the section on Importing Availability for more information.
