This software was written with several software principals in mind. The first and foremost was ease of use. We wanted to develop a solution for league conveners that would provide one of the most powerful league management software products on the market, but easy enough to use that you spend as little time as possible fighting with its functions. The use of visual cues is used wherever possible. If the visual cues are not clear enough, all functions have Tool Tips that are activated when the cursor is placed over them. All screens have screen level help providing detailed instructions on how to use all functions on a particular screen. If you find any of the functions difficult to use or ambiguous, please feel free to contact us and we will attempt to resolve your issue with the next release of the League Analyzer.
The main reason that you purchased this software was to effectively manage the aspects of your league. This includes the setting up of leagues (teams, divisions, conferences, etc.), entry of players, developing schedules, assigning officials, entering scores and any statistical detail, printing of standings and statistics. We have included a full invoicing function so that you can create invoices, record payments and print overdue invoices.
In order to generate schedules, teams have to have fieldslocations to play on. Our software provides an unparalleled entry facility to enter fieldlocation availability so that you can effectively assign games to your fieldslocations. FieldLocations can be reserved for only one teams home games, one league or different schedule types. You can rank available time slots and then assign teams randomly, based on earliest time or latest times first. The parameters are available, the combinations are limitless. While extremely flexible, the entry is intuitively easy as we have modeled the screens after the familiar Microsoft Outlook.
Assigning officials to games also uses the same calendar functionality as our locations do. Following the generation of a schedule, officials can be assigned to games based on their availability, ability to manage certain league levels, etc. You can print schedules by league, team, official, schedule, division, league, etc. Any way you want to print the data in the system, there are options to do so. Every piece of data entered into the software can be printed out. The following are step by step instructions for you to follow to initially set up your league, teams, players and generate and manage your schedule.
